The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data are all data with which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in the privacy policy below this text.

Data Collection on This Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website?

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the section “Note on the Responsible Party” in this privacy policy.

How do we collect your data?

Your data are collected in part by you providing them to us (e.g., data you enter into a contact form). Other data are collected automatically or after your consent when you visit the website through our IT systems. These are primarily technical data (e.g., browser type, operating system, or time of page access). The collection of these data occurs automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Some of the data are collected to ensure error-free provision of the website. Other data may be used to analyze your user behavior.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipients, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you may withdraw this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any further questions on the subject of data protection.

Analytics tools and third-party tools

When you visit this website, your surfing behavior may be statistically evaluated. This is primarily done using so-called analysis programs.
Detailed information about these analysis programs can be found in the following privacy policy.

The use of IONOS is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website. If consent has been obtained, processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

3. General Notes and Mandatory Information

Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. When you use this website, various personal data are collected. Personal data are data that can identify you personally. This privacy policy explains which data we collect and why. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Note on the Responsible Party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Mohr Media GmbH & Co. KG
Lindenweg 5
79183 Waldkirch
Telefon: +49 (0)76 81 49 05 67
E-Mail: hallo@mohr-media.de

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses).

Storage Duration

Unless specifically stated otherwise in this privacy policy, your personal data remain with us until the purpose of data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate deletion request or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data (e.g., tax or commercial retention obligations). In such cases, deletion occurs after these reasons no longer apply.

Legal Bases for Data Processing

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. If special categories of data are processed, this is based on Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. If you consented to the transfer of personal data to third countries, processing is also based on Article 49(1)(a) GDPR. If you consent to cookies or similar technologies, processing is also based on § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If your data are required for contract fulfillment or pre-contractual measures, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. To fulfill legal obligations, processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Data processing may also be necessary for our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The applicable legal basis is explained in each relevant part of this privacy policy.

Recipients of Personal Data

In the course of our business operations, we work with various external parties. Personal data are only shared with external parties when necessary for contract fulfillment, legally required (e.g., sharing data with tax authorities), for legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or when another legal basis permits data transfer. For processors, data are shared only under a valid processing agreement. For joint controllers, a joint processing agreement is concluded.

Withdrawal of Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You may withdraw given consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect lawfulness of processing done prior to withdrawal.

Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

If data processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons related to your particular situation. This also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you object and no overriding compelling grounds for processing exist, data will no longer be processed. If processing is for direct marketing, you may object at any time, including profiling related to such advertising. Upon objection, data will no longer be used for direct marketing.

Right to Lodge Complaint

In case of GDPR violations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the member state of your habitual residence, workplace, or where the alleged violation occurred.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive data that we process automatically based on your consent or for contract performance in a common, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible, to request direct transfer to another controller.

Right to Access, Correction, and Deletion

You have the right to free access to your stored personal data and information about its origin, recipients, and processing purpose. You also have the right to have this data corrected or deleted. For this, and any other questions, contact us at any time.

Right to Restrict Processing

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in specific cases, including if:

  • You dispute the accuracy of your data, and processing is being verified.
  • Processing is unlawful and you request restriction instead of deletion.
  • We no longer need your data but you need them for legal claims.
  • You have objected and a balance between interests is pending.

Restricted data may only be processed further with your consent or for legal claims, protection of others’ rights, or public interest.

Objection to Marketing Emails

Use of contact details published under imprint for unsolicited advertising and informational materials is hereby objected to. The site operators expressly reserve legal steps in cases of unsolicited information (e.g., spam emails).

4. Data collection on this website

Cookies

Our websites use “cookies,” small data files that do not harm your device. Cookies are either temporary (session cookies) or permanent. Session cookies are deleted when you end your visit. Permanent cookies remain until you delete them or your browser does so. Cookies may be first-party (from us) or from third parties. Third-party cookies enable integration of certain third-party services (e.g., payment services). Cookies serve many functions; many are strictly necessary for site functions, others are used for user behavior analysis or advertising. Necessary cookies are stored on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR unless another legal basis is stated. If consent to cookies is obtained, processing is based on that consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG). You can adjust browser settings to be informed about cookies or disable them; disabling cookies may restrict functionality. The specific cookies and services used are outlined in this privacy policy.

Use of Google Analytics

  • Pages visited
  • Achievement of “website goals”
  • Your behavior on the pages
  • Approximate location (country and city)
  • Your IP address
  • Technical information (browser, provider, device, screen resolution)
  • Referral source
  • A randomly generated user ID

No personal data such as name or contact details are transferred to Google Analytics. Data are sent to Google servers in the USA, where the level of data protection may not match that of the EU. Analytics cookies remain in your browser for two years after your last visit and contain a user ID to recognize you on future visits. Data associated with the user ID are stored pseudonymously and automatically deleted after 14 months; other data remain in aggregated form indefinitely. If you disagree with data collection, you can block it by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
